Lead research, qualification and CRM workflows
A steady list of the right prospects, researched and organized in your CRM, with outreach you approve before it goes out.
We build systems that find businesses matching your ideal customer from sources that permit it, check whether each one is a fit, organize them in your CRM and prepare outreach for your review. Nothing is sent without your approval.
Where it helps
Targeted prospect lists
Businesses in your service area and industries, gathered from permitted sources, with duplicates removed and the source of every fact recorded.
Qualification you can explain
Each lead is scored against criteria you set, with the reasons written down so your team can trust them or override them.
Outreach with approvals
Personal first messages drafted for review, follow-ups scheduled, and replies tracked in your CRM with the full history.
What's included
The usual scope. Your quote lists exactly what applies to your project.
- Ideal-customer criteria and scoring rules
- Research from permitted data sources
- CRM setup or clean-up, with pipeline stages
- Drafted outreach with an approval queue
- Unsubscribe handling and contact-source records
- Reporting on sources, replies and pipeline
How it works
Define the fit
We write down who a good customer is, where to find them and what disqualifies them.
Build the pipeline
Research, scoring and CRM steps are connected, with every lead traceable to its source.
Review and send
You approve messages in a queue. Replies, follow-ups and opt-outs are tracked automatically.
Example: a commercial cleaning company
The system lists property managers and offices in two cities from permitted sources, flags the ones with several locations, drafts an introduction for each and places them in a review queue. The owner approves a handful each morning, and replies arrive in the CRM with the full history.
Common questions
Is cold outreach allowed in Canada?
Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) sets rules for commercial electronic messages, including consent and identification. We design workflows that support those rules, such as recording where each contact came from and honouring unsubscribes, but you should confirm your approach with a legal advisor.
Where does the lead data come from?
From sources whose terms allow the use, such as licensed business data providers and public business listings, recorded with when and where each fact was found.
Can it work with my existing CRM?
Yes, if your CRM has an API or an import. We set up the fields and stages the workflow needs.
