How a project runs
Four stages, the same for a website, an automation or custom software. You see progress early, approve each step and always know what comes next.
How a project runs
The same four stages for a website, an automation or custom software. You see real progress early and decide at every step.
Discover
We learn how your business works today: who your customers are, which tools you use and where the time goes. Then we agree on what to build first.
- You get
- A written scope with priorities, options and a project-specific quote.
- We need from you
- A conversation or two, and examples of how the work is done now.
Design and build
We work in the open. You see real pages and working automations early, in a private preview, and shape them as they come together.
- You get
- A private preview link and regular progress updates.
- We need from you
- Feedback at each review, plus the content and tool access we agreed on.
Test and refine
We test on real phones and browsers with sample data, and check accessibility, speed, every form and every automation path.
- You get
- A launch checklist showing what was tested and the results.
- We need from you
- A final review and your sign-off.
Launch and improve
We launch carefully, watch the first weeks closely and keep improving: new pages, new automations and fixes as your business changes.
- You get
- Handover notes, documentation and access to every account.
- We need from you
- A point of contact for questions and priorities.
Working together
One point of contact
You always know who is working on your project and how to reach them.
Work you can see
Private previews of pages and working automations, early and often, not a reveal at the end.
Decisions in writing
Scope, quotes and changes are written down, so nobody has to remember what was agreed.
Questions about the process
Something else on your mind? Ask in the enquiry form and we will answer it directly.
Ask a questionHow do you price a project?
Every project gets a written, project-specific quote after a discovery conversation. We don't sell fixed packages, because two businesses rarely need the same thing. Ongoing support is quoted separately.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. Your quote includes a realistic schedule, and you see work in progress early, so there are no surprises at the end.
Do you look after things after launch?
If you want us to. We can monitor automations, update content, fix issues and keep improving. Either way, you keep access to your accounts and the documentation.
Tell us what you want to improve.
A slow website, a full inbox, a process held together by spreadsheets. Describe it in a few lines and we will come back with questions and a sensible first step.
- We read your enquiry and reply by email.
- A short call to understand the work and your tools.
- A written scope and a project-specific quote.
